(b) if the product you have ordered was produced outside of the UK (and is therefore being sent from abroad), it will arrive within 28 business days (Mon-Fri) after dispatch. Your order may be subject to customs and VAT border fees, please read the Import Fees tabs below for further information. Parcels going to residential addresses may be delivered on a Sunday.

When a delivery is made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it's important to include your NIF / CIF number so that your order can be successfully delivered. When you enter your delivery address please add your NIF / CIF number to your Address Line. If you've already included address information in this field, add a comma and then your CIF / NIF number in the following format: 12345678A. If the address doesn't include the NIF / CIF number, your order may be delayed in customs, or returned to Parallax as undeliverable.

We cannot accept any orders for delivery to the following countries:

If your item is being sent from another country outside of your residential country or union bloc, you will have customs and duties charges to pay as determined by your local government. Some countries (such as the UK) do not have duties charges on contemporary handmade products, so please check with your local customs office. Any additional charges for customs clearance and duties must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, shipping companies may levy an administrative charge for processing customs and duties at the border.

Please note that when ordering from PAF SHOP, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a parcel. As the importer of record, you may be required to provide the recipient's identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

Generally, customs forms for international parcels will list the value of the contents of your order by product type.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We know you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We'd like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We may also provide certain order, delivery and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
