If you are unable to make the event, technicians can hang work for you on your behalf according to your agreed hanging plan. The space is staffed at all times and promo staff will process any sales on your behalf.
This is the process for shipping:
1) All shipping must be agreed with the exhibition manager before sending.
2) We will only accept shipping from Fedex or UPS.
3) Exhibitors must provide the exhibition manager with their account number from their agreed shipper or provide a paid-returns label.
4) Shipping must arrive at the venue between Monday 25th April - Wednesday 27th April. We cannot accept any shipping before the 25th April.
5) Any return shipping will be administered by the exhibition manager using exhibitors’ accounts provided.
If you have not shipped before, the exhibition manager will provide you with information and help, as well as updates before the shipping date arrives.
